About The Role
As the Business Development Lead for Residential Flex, you will identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships that drive the growth of our residential flexibility portfolio and expand our market presence by engaging key stakeholders within energy retailers to integrate flexible residential assets into the grid ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and originate new business opportunities within the residential flexibility sector targeting utilities.
- Build and manage a robust commercial pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities aligned with company growth targets.
- Develop tailored value propositions to demonstrate the benefits of participating in residential demand‑side response (DSR).
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
