Kraken Technology Group is recruiting a Quality Engineer in Fareham, United Kingdom.

Degree level: HNC, HND or degree in engineering, manufacturing or quality.
Language: English.
Work experience: Manufacturing or production quality engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- The role covers ensure USVs, sub-assemblies and systems are built, tested and delivered to company, customer and statutory standards: develop inspection plans and quality-control processes, carry out incoming, in-process and final inspections, verify builds against drawings and wiring schematics, maintain traceability of critical components, support first-article inspections, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- HNC, HND or degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality, marine or electrical engineering
- experience in a production quality role
- knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems
- ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
- inspection techniques and reporting
Offer
- Full-time, 40 hours a week at Kraken's Fareham (Segensworth) site building uncrewed surface vessels for defence and security customers.
