We are seeking an experienced Senior Marine Engineer to join our growing design team based in Segensworth. You will take a leading role in the specification, integration and detailed design of primary onboard systems across a diverse vessel portfolio ranging from 2 to 24 metres. This is a hands‑on technical role combining deep marine systems expertise with 3D design and production support. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, shipyards and regulatory authorities to deliver high‑quality, compliant vessel designs from concept through to build and delivery.
