With this rapid growth, we are looking for Product Managers to join our team and work with our developers to ensure what they do has the highest impact for our customers.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our Reliability Group that sits within the Platform department at Kraken.

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you'll look after our Foundational Reliability and Observability teams, building the systems that allow Kraken to scale safely to 100 million users.

You will act as a force multiplier for our engineering teams, championing end-to-end reliability through proactive prevention, deep system visibility, and strategic education.

You'll use this feedback, combined with other data (from incidents to platform performance), to decide where we invest next.

You'll make the hard calls on what not to do, ensuring the team ships high-value work with velocity.

You won't just ship tools, you'll ship behaviour.

Established experience as a Product Manager (or Senior PM), with a track record of owning a product area from discovery to delivery.

Fluency in the language of Reliability.

You aren't expected to code, but you should be comfortable discussing Observability strategies, Datadog configurations, and architectural trade-offs with senior engineers.

You know how to navigate risks and escalate blockers effectively to keep momentum high.
