  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in compliance, risk, legal, or regulatory roles in tech, SaaS, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven experience building and scaling compliance programs in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIS, GDPR and other data/privacy frameworks, Anti-Trust and AML regulations).
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulations into practical business processes.

Nice to Have:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCMP, CISSP).
  • Law degree and extensive practice experience.
