Kraken Digital Asset Exchange is seeking a Platform Support Engineer to own end-to-end investigations and help shape tooling and processes within the Platform Engineering group. You will operate with autonomy on complex issues while staying closely connected to platform concepts and production realities.
You will triage tickets, communicate clearly with engineers and non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to runbooks, automation, and documentation to reduce toil and improve response quality.
