My client is looking for an experienced pump engineer to join their maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude with good knowledge of pumps and electrical panels. You will undertake PPM visits and an on call rota. Experience in maintaining packaged sewage treatment plant is preferred but not essential.
Pump Service Engineer role:
- Travel to customers sites throughout the London and Southern UK.
- Undertake PPM maintenance activities with another team member or solo.
- Undertake reactive maintenance activities with another team member or solo.
- Work as part of an out of hours rota.
- Identify remedial works and report back with full details to enable effective quoting.
- Responsible attitude towards efficiency and Health and Safety.
- Build good relationships with clients.
- Complete time sheets.
Pump Service Engineer requirements:
- 3 years’ experience pump service and maintenance (beneficial).
- Can do attitude.
- Confined Space Trained.
- Willing to work away.
- Desire to progress both your career and the interests of the company.
- Be able to fault find electrically in control panels.
- Average of 2 nights away from home per week.
Pump Service Engineer package:
- Salary £48k OTE.
- Company vehicle.
- Pension.
- 23 days holiday + bank hols.
