A new opportunity for an Installation Technician is available with the opportunity to evolve within my client’s business, an international leader and pioneer in environmental technologies for wastewater treatment. They specialise in the installation of domestic wastewater and septic systems throughout Southern UK. As they continue to develop, there will be new and exciting challenges available.
Installation Technician role:
- Support with the full installation of product under the supervision of the Installation Manager.
- Happy to work in the commercial & domestic wastewater industry.
- Ability to use various hand tools including battery powered tools.
- Ability to conduct very labour intense tasks.
- Understanding of groundworks such as drainage and below ground tank installations.
- Able to have professional interaction & detailed conversations with clients.
- Happy to work in all outdoor weather conditions.
- Travel to and from remote site locations across South of England on a daily basis.
- Keep installation sites clean and tidy with H&S in mind.
- Keep site documentation up to date and filled correctly.
Installation Technician requirements:
- Technical and operational knowledge of products and processes.
- Confident, with good verbal communication skills with clients.
- Willing to learn and train.
- Willing to work after hours with overnight stays (when required).
- A good understanding of onsite H&S requirements and expectations.
- Ability to be self-motivated, take initiative and get on with a task.
- Good at problem solving with good attention to detail.
- Digger & Dumper experience.
- UK driving licence.
Installation Technician package:
- Salary: up to GBP40k (DOE).
- Overtime paid as and when required.
- Company Pension.
- 22 days holiday + bank hols.
