Job Description
We’re seeking an ambitious National Account Executive to join the Regional Wholesale team within our Away From Home business.
Regional Wholesale is an exciting part of the Away from Home business with huge potential to deliver incremental sales growth. As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in helping to deliver this by building strong relationships with key customers and executing annual plans against our strategic pillars to deliver sales growth in line with our targets. You will support the team on the day‑to‑day running of the business – everything from new customer set up to feeding into cross‑functional process optimisations.
In this role, you will have ownership of multiple Wholesale Buying Groups & Independent Wholesalers and be fully responsible for their development and growth. You will need to proactively identify, qualify, and pursue any new business opportunities as well as keep customer engagement high year‑round. Ultimately, as a channel and customer expert, you’ll need a growth mindset and ownership to guide our business on identifying opportunities and supporting our customers to grow.
You will report directly into the Regional Wholesale channel lead and work closely with the rest of the Away from Home Team in our UK & Ireland Omnichannel Business. You will be based in our London office, with flexibility to work from home and visit customers, which is encouraged.
You will be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that is always striving to reach the next level and grow the business – this team is a key driver of our 10‑year strategic growth plan. You will have the opportunity to make a difference and experience true ownership at Kraft Heinz, one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, and contribute meaningfully to our success.
