We are on the lookout for Process Improvement Leads to join our Kitt Green Wigan site! In the Process Improvement Lead role, you’ll be instrumental in identifying and reducing losses, whilst leading a culture of continuous improvement within our wider Operations team. You’ll spend a significant amount of time within your production area, gaining a deep understanding of our processes, while honing your analytical skills that will ultimately be crucial in dissecting loss data and formulating actionable improvement plans.
As a key contributor to daily and weekly performance meetings, you’ll also be empowered in generating data-driven insights that fuel strategic discussions and informed decision-making, in turn giving you outstanding opportunities to connect with a wide range of collaborators and decision-makers on site, all the while growing your exposure and experience. Your ability to translate these insights into concrete action plans and ensure their successful execution will be paramount – in return, you’ll be rewarded with an outstanding platform to "grow your career forward", with clear pathways towards key leadership roles on site, whether this be in Continuous Improvement, EHS, Quality or Operations... the sky is the limit!
