We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced commercial finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. This role lies within the UKI business unit as part of our Sales Leadership team.
The Sales Finance Lead role is pivotal in driving the financial and strategic agenda for the UK sales organization, overseeing approximately $1bn NSV P&L. Reporting to the VP Sales UK&I and with a dotted line to the CFO UKI, the role combines high-level business partnering, strategic planning, and operational leadership.
What you’ll do
- Business Partnership & Leadership: The role acts as the primary finance counterpart to the VP Sales, providing guidance and control to Account Directors and leading a team of 7. This ensures robust financial stewardship and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Strategy Development & Execution: A core mandate is to define and support the implementation of customer, channel, and retail strategies. The position owns all Joint Business Plan (JBP) and price negotiations from the finance perspective, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Performance Management & Standardization: Responsible for developing and standardizing methodologies for performance analysis and review, driving consistency and quality across the sales finance function.
- Project and Process Leadership: The role leads all major sales execution projects and is accountable for implementing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) structures and overseeing key sales routines such as Perfect Quarter, F&D tracker, and JBP reviews.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent is desirable
- Strong commercial competence with a focus on driving excellent financial and commercial performance; prior experience in Commercial Finance preferred
- Solid skills in accessing and using analytical tools, experience in SAP a benefit
