We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Finance professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into our ZBB & Ops Manager. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. You’ll have full end to end ownership of the US$310m Fixed Cost P&L of the UK & Ireland business including build and delivery of the budget. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within FP&A!

In brief, you will:

  • Delivery of the entire business cycle around Fixed costs - month end, variance analysis, spend projection & budgeting
  • Lead the transformation of marketing & ZBB reporting and tracking
  • Review of results with spend owners and delivery of the annual forecast twice a month - after month end closing & before the forecast submission
  • Build collaborative relationship with Package and Entity budget owners to drive budget delivery, policy adherence as well as correct ZBB/cost culture
  • Ensure all spend trackers across Fixed Costs (Simple Packages, People, Marketing) are delivered on time, in full and with high accuracy
  • Enhance 360 marketing spend tracking and visibility tool through process review & automation
  • Manage the relationship with external Royalty agency and collaborate with the Marketing team to have full visibility of the royalty forecast and assess new opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2+ years’ experience in a finance position or similar with FMCG
  • Advanced Excel, SAP, PowerPoint, Tableau/Data analysis skills
  • BSc/BA required, MSc preferred, Finance qualification preferred but not essential
