About the Team: The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’ In-House Culture First, Co-Creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with consumers, fast. What makes us different? The way we work. We are a team of creatives, strategists and makers working alongside the Kraft Heinz marketing team to Co-Create breakthrough creative ideas that solve business problems, at the speed of culture.

The Role: We’re looking for a Creative Growth Partner to help make creativity a competitive advantage for our Away From Home business across EPDM. This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and sees creative opportunities where others see commercial challenges. Working in close partnership with the Away From Home leadership team, you’ll identify where creativity can unlock disproportionate growth, bringing together the right people from across our freelancer network & The Kitchen to turn ambitious business goals into standout creative solutions. Your mission is simple: use creativity to help grow the AFH business.

What you will do:

  • Help Win new business: Bring creativity into the heart of customer pitches, helping secure new accounts and unlock growth with existing customers through bold, differentiated thinking.
  • Drive customer growth: Develop creative campaigns and commercial ideas that create value for both Kraft Heinz and our customers, building partnerships that deliver measurable business impact and industry-leading work.
  • Connect business and creativity: Understand the commercial priorities of the Away From Home and use this as a guide to translate consumer (brand/category) insights into growth ideas which can be executed in AFH channels or specific customers.
  • Make things happen: Own opportunities from idea to execution. Build momentum, navigate ambiguity, remove barriers and keep work moving with speed and purpose.

What you’ll bring: You’ll likely come from a creative agency, brand, consultancy or commercial marketing background, with experience turning business challenges into creative solutions. You’ll be someone who:

  • Thinks commercially and creatively in equal measure.
  • Has a track record of developing ideas that drive business growth.
  • Is highly collaborative and brings the right people together.
  • Thrives with autonomy, pace and ambiguity.
  • Takes ownership and follows through.
  • Has exceptional influencing skills and builds trust quickly.
  • Is relentlessly curious and always looking for the next opportunity.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Creativity becomes a genuine differentiator for the Away From Home business.
  • New customers are won through standout creative thinking.
  • Existing customer relationships grow through award-worthy, commercially effective campaigns.
  • The Kitchen is recognised as a strategic growth partner, not just a creative service.
