If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy being the glue that keeps creative operations running smoothly, this is an opportunity to play a central role within a growing in-house agency team. - Develop and maintain end-to-end campaign timelines, ensuring alignment with key deadlines.
- Lead and facilitate campaign kick-offs, status meetings and post-mortems, ensuring teams are well-briefed and deadlines are met.
- Manage stakeholder communication, keeping all internal partners informed of project status, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks, including briefing the Design Studio on asset adaptations and supporting the Producer with media delivery planning and investigation.
- Maintain a clear and well-organised archive of campaign decks and project documentation.
- Act as a guardian of campaign processes, educating the team on following the right process.
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
