The HR Coordinator will play a key role in the UK Operations P&P Team. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into the Senior HRBP. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. This is a 9-month FTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with HRBPs to manage people related activity and data management ensuring correct processes are followed.
- Provide efficient, accurate and timely advice/support to stakeholders in employment related matters.
- Liaise with Talent Manager and Line Managers to ensure the delivery of effective recruitment.
- Update and maintain Absence Management process, including monitoring of employee compliance, documentation, ensuring data accuracy on all records.
- Drive the resolution of case management and employee relation issues.
- Recording, updating and maintaining accurate systems and associated databases/records.
- Ensure HR systems are maintained and updated.
- Actively participate in operational site meetings and initiatives both in a supporting and leading capacity and complete ad hoc projects and reports as required.
- Identify improved ways of working driving efficiencies and standardisation to processes.
- Provide HR administrative support to the site and to support the wider HR team as needed.
Expected Experience And Required Skills
- CIPD Qualified or working towards.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and in a generalist capacity.
- Understanding of UK employment law.
- Ability to meet deadlines and cope with pressure.
- Capacity to deal with conflicting priorities.
