We’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational support for our UK and Ireland commercial functions.

This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity to join a high performing team, alongside peers who are always trying to reach the next level.

Reporting to the People and Performance Director, UK&I, you will advise and partner with dynamic leaders to help attract, engage and grow people.

The position is based in the Shard, London.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Act as trusted advisor to the executive team, influencing business decisions with strategic HR insights.
  • Provide expertise in talent planning and management, performance management, data analysis, reward and recognition, learning and development, change and organizational development;
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, DE&I, and workplace culture
  • Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Bring fresh thinking to HR operations through modern, scalable frameworks and initiatives

  • Your Experience
  • 7+ years’ experience in senior HR roles
  • Strong experience across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, talent management, employment law, remuneration, organisational development, and learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline (postgraduate qualifications desirable)
