Join the Tomato Ketchup Team as a Growth Manager and help create the next generation of the iconic Heinz Tomato Ketchup consumer‑loved products. The Growth Manager will be the engine behind Tomato Ketchup’s most exciting innovation projects across EPDM—turning consumer and category trends into bold, market‑ready ideas and driving them from insight to launch. You’ll own day‑to‑day project delivery, align multifunctional teams, and translate complex insights into clear, actionable roadmaps and decision materials that accelerate growth.
In Brief, You Are Responsible For:
- Own end‑to‑end NPD delivery from insight to launch, coordinating multifunctional teams.
- Synthesize consumer and category insights into compelling strategies and consumer‑loved products.
- Develop and maintain innovation toolkits, templates and playbooks to accelerate market roll‑out.
- Monitor project KPIs, budgets and risks; facilitate cross‑functional alignment and escalate with clear mitigation plans.
- Prepare business cases, slide decks and stakeholder communications to enable timely decisions.
- Support the Tomato Ketchup lead on POD activities (meeting facilitation, status reporting, adhoc requests etc.).
Qualifications:
- Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit in order to proceed for this position.
- 3+ years’ experience in brand/marketing.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesise insights into concise recommendations.
- Proactive, pragmatic and able to work in a fast paced, iterative environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from idea to execution and to deliver impactful output.
- Strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
