Overview

Role: General Assistant Operator. Shift: Various Available. We\\\’re \”Proudly Nourishing the Nation & Strengthening our Communities\” every day, and here\\\’s your chance to be a part of it!

Calling all General Assistant Operators We need you to join our amazing multi-disciplined shift team and help us produce everyone\\\’s favorite beans, soups, and pastas. Think Optimizing Equipment ⚙️, Maxing Out Production, and Top-Quality Eats — that\\\’s your mission!

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operating manufacturing machinery, monitoring safety and quality of all equipment and produce
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Proactively identifying ways to improve OEE
• Completing effective shift handovers
• Proactively solving ad-hoc problems with lines
• Working within our KHMS operating model

Qualifications

• FLT license preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to multitask in a busy production environment
• Technologically proficient
• Great teamwork and communication skills
• Previous history of driving continuous improvement
