About The Team

The Kitchen is Kraft Heinz’s in‑house, culture‑first, co‑creative agency. We use culture to connect our brands with consumers fast, working alongside the Kraft Heinz marketing team to co‑create breakthrough ideas that solve business problems at the speed of culture.

As a Creative Specialist (12‑month FTC) you will lead the charge in developing bold, culture‑first ideas for some of Europe’s and the UK’s most beloved household food brands. You’ll mentor a team of five content creators across Europe, ensuring all posts and campaigns resonate in a culturally relevant way and “feed the group chat.” Your role blends strategic insights with cutting‑edge thinking, producing work that engages, inspires, disrupts and connects our brands to the cultural zeitgeist. You’ll be an expert crafting TikTok and Instagram content in platform‑native formats and will work closely with the brand teams to co‑create ideas at the speed of culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a creative, working at a mid‑weight to senior level within an agency or in‑house creative environment, with a strong portfolio of culture‑first, integrated work.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching junior creatives/content creators to get the best out of them and their work.
  • A deep understanding of the UK cultural landscape, with a passion for spotting trends and translating them into brand‑defining creative ideas.
  • Exceptional storytelling and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate business and brand strategies into compelling creative work.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A strong understanding of art direction and copywriting principles, with the ability to create both visually striking and tonally on‑point content.
  • A passion for innovation and experimentation, always seeking new ways to connect brands with culture.
