OVERVIEW

The Analyst-I Logistics is responsible for driving Operations with excellence. The candidate needs to align the priorities of Business stakeholders to Floor teams. She/He is expected to be working with a continuous improvement mindset and show exceptional customer centricity. The role will be in Logistics Support, Warehouse Operations and Inventory management. The candidate is expected to be familiar with the key functions mentioned to better fit the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • System Integration - Able to handle interface between SAP and external WMS systems with hands on experience in SAP EWM. Be able to solve queues between SAP and EWM system.
  • Inventory Reconciliation - Inventory Stock counts, annual stock check, Inventory audit, physical vs system stock reconciliation.
  • Blocked stock resolution - Clear understanding of blocked inventory, RCAs and regular follow-up with stakeholders to clear blocked stock and release inventory storage.
  • Stock Transport - Warehouse to Warehouse reallocations, Plant to Plant, Sample Order Processing, Special Sales.
  • Destruction - Complete understanding of pallet destruction process, T-Codes for stock clearance and system write-offs.
  • Process improvement - Identify opportunities and work with the cross functional teams to implement the best practices and improve overall efficiency.

KEY INTERFACES

  • Supply Chain Stakeholders across markets, Transporters, Shippers, Direct Order Customers.
  • Business Processes: Logistics Processes, Invoicing, Warehouse management processes, Control tower Operations, Carrier/Shipper management, Documentation and compliances.
  • Within KHC, this role will work very closely with Operations functions across global zones, GBS, Global Logistics, Supply Planning and IT.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years' Experience in Logistics Operations, especially in Warehousing and Invoice Operations with awareness of transactions in Logistics Operations.
  • Working Knowledge in SAP ECC & SP EWM is a must. ARIBA, OTM expertise will be an added advantage.
  • Hands on work attitude and customer centric nature. Bias towards Action.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must fluently speak English.
