This is a hands-on, autonomous role focused on breakdown response, preventative/predictive maintenance, and strong CMMS discipline.**Location**: Northgate**Shift:**12-hour rotating roster (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)**What’s on Offer for you?*** A fixed rate of $74.22 per hour!* A structured and attractive 4 on / 4 off rotating roster (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)* 5 weeks annual leave* On-site parking* Strong team culture and development pathways in a leading FMCG company**Responsibilities:*** Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs to minimise downtime and micro-stops across production equipment* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance (inspections, condition monitoring, follow-up actions) to improve reliability* Maintain and repair key packaging/process equipment (e.g., fillers, flow wrappers, carton packers, palletisers, conveyor systems)* Use Mainpac CMMS to plan/update work orders, accurately capture parts usage, and document findings and actions* Support maintenance planning by contributing to job scope, materials, sequencing, and labour requirements* Drive continuous improvement through KHMS, 5-Why, and root cause investigations* Maintain high housekeeping standards and comply with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, EHS, ethical and HR policies**Your Skills
