The eCommerce Account Executive position lies within the UK eCommerce team. This role combines Category Insights, Channel Strategy and Sales to drive growth across Asda online and Sainsbury's online. It offers significant exposure to internal stakeholders and external customer teams, reporting directly into the Senior eCommerce Channel Development Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the Asda online and Sainsbury's online strategies, to develop and grow Heinz's presence across all categories.
- Use category (Unify), shopper (Quantium/ Kantar), digital shelf (Profitero) and other market data to identify sales opportunities across the channel.
- Partner with internal teams (primarily the Asda & Sainsbury's sales team) to explore and implement innovative solutions.
- Execute key initiatives focusing on online activations, NPD launches online and online promotional effectiveness. This includes a full‑year online‑only promotional plan.
- Build and maintain strong external relationships with Asda & Sainsbury's contacts to drive trade planning, campaigns and successful NPD launches across the channels.
- Provide regular data performance overviews to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights, successes and areas for improvement.
- Share learnings and best practices across teams to drive consistent growth strategies across the business.
