You’ll be working in a high performing team, with peers always trying to reach the next level. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you have a massive role in shaping and creating the culture at Kraft Heinz, through attracting and hiring the right candidates. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders!
In brief, you will be responsible for:
- Own the full recruitment cycle for UK & Ireland recruitment, including sourcing, selecting, assessments, interviewing, hiring.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to establish current and future hiring needs.
- Manage relationships with external partners (e.g., Universities and agencies).
- Train the business on talent best practice - interviewing skills & unconscious bias.
- Deliver Inclusive hiring process improvements.
- Assisting with recruitment of Trainee/Intern/Apprenticeship Program.
- Be the local lead on TA systems implementation and special projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or consulting.
- Proven ability to be a business partner and functional partner with peers.
