We have an amazing opportunity available for a senior finance professional and all‑round commercial leader to make a real difference at Kraft Heinz. Reporting directly to the UK&I Managing Director, we are hiring a Chief Financial Officer UK&I, to be accountable for the region’s financial performance (£1.2bn GBP) and for delivering upon our 3‑year plan. As a crucial part of the UK&I leadership team, this role is for someone who wants the opportunity to make their mark in a transforming and growing business, leading total P&L stewardship, defining and executing the UK&I financial strategy and across priority projects (e.g., Operations savings, foodservice channel transformation).
In addition, you will be driving RGM/commercial strategy and smart pricing, accelerating digital and process transformation to create a high‑performance, succession‑ready organization striving to deliver the best for consumers and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Producing a clear strategic plan (portfolio plays, investment priorities) and a three‑year P&L navigation plan showing where to invest and where to source savings.
- Accountable for end‑to‑end P&L delivery: pricing, commercial investments, promotional effectiveness, cost of goods sold and overhead management.
- Define and operationalize the next phase of RGM / commercial strategy to enable smart pricing while protecting value share.
- Lead and sponsor strategic value projects (Operations savings transformation, foodservice New Business Wins projects, benchmarking studies) with clear benefit realisation plans.
- Own the finance side of IT transformation and digitalization roadmap (forecasting, FP&A, consolidation) to structurally reduce manual effort and improve decisioning.
- Ensure strong month‑end reporting, forecasting, cash management, tax & treasury oversight, internal controls and audit readiness.
- Build a high‑performance finance function and wider business understanding through robust rituals & routines (planning, forecasting, reviews) to increase accountability.
- Create succession‑ready structures and deliver high‑quality succession plans for CFO role and all direct reports.
- Act as trusted partner to functional leads with strong cross‑functional knowledge to define right plans by function.
- Track and report progress vs. NSV and EBIT ambitions, and other strategic metrics (RGM uplift, productivity savings, digitalization milestones).
