We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Category Finance Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The role is within the UKI business unit, reporting to our Category Commercial Lead as part of the Sauces team. The primary responsibility will be ownership of the Sauces P&L. You will work in a high-performing team, alongside peers striving for continuous improvement. Expect exposure to senior internal stakeholders!
What you’ll do:
- Own the Total UK Sauces P&L & routines, including financial performance visibility and drivers (Volume, Price, COGS, Mix, etc.) in the short & medium term.
- Define the budget & strategy planning process.
- Lead long-term RGM planning and analyze the performance of each sub-category, including pricing power, brand equity, competition, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), and pack strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Demand Planning on demand reviews.
- Manage apprentices/analysts.
What you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in an FMCG financial or strategy/consulting setting.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills, fluent in Excel.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
