KPS, a European manufacturer specializing in electrical test and measurement instruments for low-voltage installations, is looking for a Technical Product Specialist to support our UK and international markets. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, product training, and product development support, acting as a key link between customers, sales, engineering, and product management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to distributors, customers, and sales teams.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical training (online and on-site).
- Support exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, and customer events.
- Gather market feedback and contribute to future product development.
- Support export sales activities through technical expertise.
- Contribute to technical content, documentation, and product launches.
Profile
- Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical testing, installations, instrumentation, or technical product support.
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations and customer training.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, insulation testing, earth resistance, loop impedance, RCD testing, clamp meters, multimeters, and low-voltage systems.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel across the UK and internationally (EMEA & USA).
Languages
- English: Native or Professional level
- Additional European languages are a plus.
