KPP Architects is a well-established, award-winning Practice with an exceptional reputation. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our established Practice based in Leeds. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience in a variety of sectors to join our talented Team, to work on several diverse projects.

We pride ourselves on the personal service we provide our Clients and the quality of work we deliver. Due to expanding current workload, we have immediate requirements for this position with a minimum of 5-10 years+ postgraduate experience to work as a team and manage projects in various sectors including hotels, commercial, industrial, residential, refurbishment and leisure projects at various RIBA stages throughout the UK.

Applicants must have the relevant Architectural Technologist Qualifications and experience delivering projects from conception through to completion. Competent knowledge of technical detailing is essential. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a full working knowledge of CAD and Revit, with the ability to use Photoshop, Twinmotion and SketchUp being advantageous.

Demonstrate strong detailing and communication skills and the ability to deliver successful projects in accordance with client requirements. A good understanding of the UK Planning Policies and Building Regulations is required. Candidates should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Salary: DOE
