Role Overview

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission to help children and young people thrive. From the moment a referral comes in, you'll ensure placements are safe, stable, and tailored to individual needs. You'll lead case management, shape risk and support plans, and work in partnership with local authorities and statutory bodies. Just as importantly, you'll build meaningful connections with young people, advocating for their needs and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and able to grow in confidence and independence.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication skills, but just as importantly, a deep commitment to supporting children and young people. You'll be someone who can work with professionalism and confidentiality while keeping the focus firmly on achieving positive outcomes for those in our care.

Salary, Location & Benefits

Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum (depending on experience).

Location: East London head office, with visits to services and local authority offices.

  • A Social Work degree (or equivalent)
  • Current Social Work registration (Applicants with pending SWE registration may be considered for an Assistant Social Worker role until registration is complete.)
