We are looking for skilled and committed residential support workers to join our team at our children’s home in Camden. We offer full-time and part-time contracts, with day, night, and mixed shift options. About us KPMS has been operating children and young people’s services since 2006, focusing on supporting our residents in recovering from adverse childhood experiences to eventually lead independent and safe lives. We specialise in risk management for young people with complex needs. We believe that children have a better chance of success when they have the skills and resources to navigate the next stages of their lives. We aim to offer high-quality residential care to children and young people in a nurturing, understanding and safe environment. Candidate criteria We are looking for people who align with our core values. We want to create a team of practitioners who demonstrate the following: 1. In addition to demonstrating our values, candidates will also have: * A minimum of 1 year’s experience working directly with children and young people * A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. In some circumstances, we may consider candidates without the relevant NVQ who have exceptional experience and are willing to complete the qualification during their employment. * Excellent IT, literacy and numeracy skills Salary and benefits Starting salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum based on suitability and experience to the post.
