Candidate criteria

- A minimum of 1 year's experience working directly with children and young people
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
In some circumstances, we may consider candidates without the relevant NVQ who have exceptional experience and are willing to complete the qualification during their employment.

Salary and benefits
Starting salary between £27,000 and £30,000 per annum based on suitability and experience to the post.
