We achieve this through delivery of organisation-wide Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to digitise end-to-end finance and broader performance management processes, eliminating reconciliation points and manual processes.

Your responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

  • Engagement delivery: leading and managing projects or work-streams of a small to medium size and complexity (including analysing and interpreting data, drafting report findings and attending client meetings).
  • People development: monitoring and supporting team members and accelerating their development with a particular emphasis on coaching and skills transfer.
  • Practice development: supporting processes and initiatives that are key to scaling the business and delivering our Mission Statement.
  • Business development: contributing to the establishment and development of both internal and external relationships and supporting the business development activity of senior members of the team (including shaping, developing, contributing to and presenting proposals/bids for future work).

What will you need to do it?

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Experience within a Finance project environment with good experience in financial processes, including Integrated Business Planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
  • Led elements of EPM projects.
  • Good understanding of issues and challenges facing Finance functions, Finance business partnering and trends in Finance.
  • Relevant large Corporates, Financial Services, Infrastructure, Government or Healthcare experience and knowledge.
  • Proven track record of delivering high quality outputs, on time and meeting/exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
  • Relevant experience in Workday Adaptive Planning technology.
  • Professional experience in implementing or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Functional financials experience in EPM solutions, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, One Stream.
  • Experience with Adaptive Model building and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer.
  • Experience in designing, building, and testing models/reports in Workday Adaptive Finance functional area.
  • Should have good knowledge on planning Versions, Model sheets, Cube sheets and shared formulas.
  • Ability to build Office Connect Reports and Dashboards for better analysis of data and visualising trends.
  • Should have participated in Plan and Architect phase and must have experience in performing this role.

Relevant finance qualification – ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA or equivalent. Adaptive Planning Certification(s) and Reporting certification/composite reporting certification are also desirable.
