A key focus for KPMG\’s GCT team is to help multinational groups and financial services clients manage their global tax compliance, reporting and statutory accounting obligations, through outsourcing, co-sourcing, transformation and technology. Our Corporate Tax Compliance business is made up of a dedicated team working with our technology platform and advisory teams to provide excellent service to diverse clients, including global and large domestic compliance clients with complex tax profiles. We are growing quickly, making this an exciting time to join.

We are seeking a talented individual at Senior Manager level with deep technical knowledge, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment to ensure excellent client service, supported by strong leadership.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a portfolio of clients, ensuring tax computations are prepared accurately, timely, and submitted within deadlines.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key client contacts, updating them on developments in Corporate Tax that may affect their businesses.
  3. Oversee team work, providing coaching and technical guidance.
  4. Identify and resolve complex technical issues, reviewing analysis and involving specialists as needed.
  5. Respond to client requests for technical advice and coordinate with KPMG specialists.
  6. Build positive relationships within your team, across KPMG, and with clients.
  7. Support clients with group reporting needs.
  8. Lead a team, providing coaching, technical support, and managing performance and operations.
  9. Adhere to KPMG best practices and policies.
  10. Enhance KPMG\’s reputation through quality work and expertise.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of Corporate Tax compliance and legislation, with a commitment to ongoing technical development.
  • Knowledge of tax accounting standards (FRS 101, 102, IFRS).
  • Ability to analyze complex facts and discuss technical matters effectively.

We leverage expertise and technology to improve visibility, efficiency, and risk management, preparing clients for digital compliance and sustainable operations. We are expanding rapidly, offering diverse opportunities across sectors and client sizes, with flexible working arrangements and a focus on diversity and development. Opportunities include:

  • BEPs: Transform operating models, processes, and data for Pillar 2 readiness.
  • Managed Services: Provide compliance services for tax, accounting, and transfer pricing obligations.
