Working on complex engagements across multiple sectors ranging from FMCG, Industrial Manufacturing, Defence, IGH etc., this team is responsible for the pre-sales/sales, business transformation, and technical delivery of SAP solutions, and trusted to get it right first time.

The SAP Sectors Consulting team are technology-focused professionals who work together to deliver KPMG Powered Enterprise through a standardized delivery model, which drives professional delivery to clients. You will work on challenging, purposeful, and dynamic SAP transformations with teams using their functional knowledge and experience (Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning/Execution, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Procurement, etc.), coupled with their expertise in cloud applications (SAP, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM, etc.) to lead and deliver exciting client programs across various industries, with a focus on supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovations and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the design and delivery of a Supply Chain workstream on a large SAP S/4HANA project
  • Drive and support pre-sales cycles to win future SAP Supply Chain engagements - client-facing presentation to C-Suite stakeholders
  • Use business skills along with SAP Supply Chain workstream knowledge to design and implement complex solutions for customers and other workstreams
  • Supervise and coach junior staff to help them realize their potential
  • Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, supervision, delivery, and reviews by senior team members
  • Support business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support/presenting to SAP clients

What will you need to do it?

  • Functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain areas, especially SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Enterprise Asset Management/PM/MRO, SAP Order Management & Fulfillment, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP Transport Management
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes and integration with other business functions
  • Experience in SAP system design, build, and deployment - 2+ full lifecycle implementations preferred
  • Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise
  • Analytical skills to clarify complex issues and synthesize large volumes of information
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, supporting multiple activities like mentoring and knowledge transfer
  • Team lead experience (on/offshore)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interpersonal, team building, organizational, and motivational skills

  • Advising on technical integrations of SAP applications with other tools in the Supply Chain
  • Experience in manufacturing industries, CPG, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, retail
  • Facilitating design workshops and translating requirements into design
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships
  • Self-starter attitude, ability to work in ambiguity
  • Supporting business development and sales, including presenting to C-Suite
  • Knowledge of digital trends in Supply Chain (ESG, Industry 4.0, SCM Digital Solutions)
