Our Employment Solutions practice, a growth area within Tax, provides opportunities to develop client relationships across sectors, delivering advice on governance, employment status, PAYE, payroll, NMW, holiday pay, CIS compliance, reward and benefit planning.
We are seeking a Senior Manager for our London team. Our team is inclusive, supportive, and innovative. We have experienced consistent high growth and are looking for proactive individuals to join us.
The Role
- Managing employment solutions advisory projects, from strategic initiatives to risk reviews.
- Overseeing employer compliance activities, including employment status decisions, PAYE health checks, HMRC reviews, disclosures, PAYE Settlement Agreements, payroll advisory, NMW, and CIS compliance.
- Leading and supporting our Employer Solutions technology implementations.
- Ensuring high standards in work delivery, managing deadlines, and client expectations.
- Handling engagement management, billing, risk procedures, and financial considerations.
- Reviewing work, coaching juniors, and developing client relationships through business development.
- Leading local marketing initiatives.

The Individual
- Practical experience in Employment Tax, with a strong background in the field.
- CTA, ACA, CPA, or CA qualification (preferred but not essential).
