Assistant Manager – Strategy & Performance Transformation, Energy & Natural Resources
Location: London
KPMG\’s Strategy & Performance Transformation practice is looking for exceptional candidates with Energy Transition and/or Oil & Gas experience in Deal, Strategy, and/or Operations. This team is part of KPMG\’s rapidly expanding Strategy Group, delivering value by challenging conventional thinking, providing deep industry insights, and executing with rigor. We are a diverse team of over 150 practitioners working collaboratively within our Deal Advisory business.

Responsibilities include:
- Address complex market, strategic, operational, and organizational issues for Energy clients
- Conduct research and develop analysis for clients
- Design and execute analysis to support insights
- Develop opportunities with business cases and implementation plans
- Own and drive work, manage small teams, and support junior staff
- Build relationships with clients and contribute to business development and thought leadership

Requirements:
- Strong deal, commercial, or strategy experience in energy sector

- Applied thinking, analytical skills, commercial acumen
- Experience in ENR sector, problem-solving, communication skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments, build relationships, adapt to different settings
