Operating from 20 UK locations and sitting within KPMG Central Services, we do work that matters. Key Responsibilities: Managing tax compliance for approximately 900 partners, including handling tax returns and ensuring compliance obligations are met. Collaborating with the Senior Manager on Partnership Tax issues alongside other Assistant Managers. Preparing partner split of taxable profit calculations. Managing all aspects of the self-assessment tax compliance process for partners, including adjustments due to basis period reform. Communicating with HMRC regarding partners\’ tax affairs. Considering UK partner compliance in light of increased global mobility. Supporting partners throughout their tax lifecycle. Providing ad hoc advice on partner-related issues. Candidate Requirements: ATT qualification with experience in private client and personal tax compliance. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Resilience and credibility, with confident responses in challenging situations. Good judgment in complex scenarios, seeking support when necessary. High drive, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude under pressure. Preferred Skills and Extras: Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of working effectively under conflicting priorities and deadlines. Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, confident with stakeholders at all levels.
