Our healthcare advisory business is a critical plank in that. Healthcare is undergoing rapid change. The needs of an ageing population are becoming more complex, treatments more administratively complex, and technology adoption critical to its effective implementation.
What will you be doing?
- The role is within the Healthcare team, providing a wide variety of strategy, operating model and analytical solutions to healthcare clients.
- Projects regularly involve working within a wider multidisciplinary team across KPMG with technical, business, data science, business management, finance or IT skills.
- Contribute to successful delivery of client engagements.
- Produce high-quality reports as well as analytical solutions.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and contact with relevant client leads.
- Drive personal development and seek out opportunities to access the extensive training on offer at KPMG.
- Support business development including thought leadership, proposals, and pitches.
- Define analytical and/or modelling requirements that solve strategic problems.
What do you need to do it?
- Practical experience of health transformation and health finances.
- Ability to deliver healthcare transformation client engagements.
- Experience of major change programmes in healthcare.
- Report or business case writing experience.
- Project management skills including planning and prioritising your own work within deadlines.
- Financial qualification or other demonstrable experience of quantification.
- The ability to work and communicate as part of a team.

Our Locations: We are open to talk to Healthcare Advisory talent across the country but our core hubs for this role are London, Birmingham, and Manchester. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
