The KPMG Business Services function is a cornerstone of our UK business. Operating from 20 UK locations and sitting with KPMG Central Services, we do work that matters. Within Central Services, we are part of a community of experts across a wide range of critical activities who help grow, run, and protect KPMG in the UK.

As an Assistant Campaign Manager, Strategic Campaigns, you will be responsible for supporting a programme of flagship campaigns to enhance the firm’s reputation, build a future fit brand, and support growth. You will be part of a strategic campaigns team planning and producing high-profile marketing and communication campaigns that support our corporate narrative and brand ambition.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the strategic campaign team to produce, manage and communicate our marketing plans across CAM.
  • Champion the KPMG brand, ensuring our value proposition and corporate narrative are intrinsic to our campaign plans.
  • Identify opportunities to shape existing and emerging campaigns through the application of brand, business, market and client insight.
  • Work with stakeholders and channel teams to identify target audiences and tailor creative messaging to meet their needs and preferences.
  • Support clear KPIs for our campaigns from design, ensuring our campaigns contribute to positive brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent, and support commercial growth for our priority services.
  • Support creative development across campaign visual identity, tone of voice and messaging for flagship campaigns.
  • Work with managers and senior managers to review and develop media campaigns, positively contributing ideas.
  • Take a proactive approach to understanding and adopting the latest digital innovations and marketing technology where appropriate.
  • Create communications to support the team in driving engagement with our campaigns.
  • Work with the brand team to ensure our campaigns are adopting the correct brand guidelines and are risk and compliance approved.
  • Support the delivery process through the appropriate use of creative planning, database, compliance and finance systems.
  • Support on virtual and in-person events, providing logistical and promotional asset production.
  • Leverage market insight and analytics tools to measure the performance and ROI, ensuring campaigns are continuously optimised.

What will you need to do it?

  • Experience in campaigns, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Be able to demonstrate a commercial mindset.
  • Supported on the delivery of high performing marketing campaigns that meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Demonstrates the ability to find new approaches and brings an innovative approach.
  • Engaged in marketing industry knowledge - with an ambition to develop strong internal and external networks.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders where applicable.
  • Strong analytical ability to review data, content, market trends, insights.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills - with the ability to flex personal style to engage every audience.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record for delivering on time, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a professional services environment would be a distinct advantage.
