The KPMG Ignition function is a cornerstone of our business. Operating from London and Manchester, we do work that matters, serving the country with diligence and expertise.

KPMG is one of the world's largest and most respected consultancies. We've supported the UK through times of war and peace, prosperity and recession, political and regulatory upheaval. We've proudly stood beside the institutions and businesses which make the UK what it is.

We work with subject matter experts from across KPMG to help our clients transform through the creation of new visions, new strategies and new business models, or by improving end-to-end customer experience and building programmes to execute. We work with senior executives across our client base, helping them to solve their biggest and most complex challenges in highly accelerated timescales — motivating, challenging and influencing them every step of the way.

As an Ignition Visualisation Producer, you will work as part of a team delivering client-facing events across our services. As part of these events, you will act as an expert provider of visuals that bring the event / associated messaging to life through branding or visual metaphors.

You will also work during events – often directly with clients - to capture, represent and synthesise key messages into a visually engaging storytelling format through graphical capture (i.e. rich pictures in an analogue or digital form). You will also spend time working with Ignition and KPMG teams to prepare the right visual assets to make a meaningful impact on our clients during events. Beyond event delivery, you will have the opportunity, and be expected, to contribute to the ongoing development of the Ignition venture.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven experience in live scribing / graphic recording, capturing discussions visually in real time.
  • Strong freehand illustration and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to interpret and translate complex business discussion and ideas into clear, engaging visual outputs.
  • Experience producing visual content for corporate or business workshops, events, facilitation sessions or collaborative environments.
  • Demonstrable graphic design capability with experience creating professional visual materials.
  • Confident in a client-facing role, with the ability to present ideas, discuss concepts and refine outputs based on client feedback.

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Experience working as a Live Scribe, Graphic Facilitator, Visual Practitioner, Image Maker, Illustrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Miro or other digital collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools such as MultiTaction and Aleo.
  • Previous experience within a professional services, consulting or corporate facilitation environment.

We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core hub for this role is: London Canary Wharf. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options. If you have a need for flexibility, please register and discuss this with our team.
