We’re looking for a Manager to join our Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) team, supporting clients through the critical stages of M&A transactions. You’ll work with a collaborative group of specialists, providing strategic advice on price structuring, completion accounts, locked box mechanisms, and post-deal disputes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead workstreams on mid-sized engagements and contribute to larger, complex deals.
- Advise on SPA terms including completion accounts, locked box, and earn-out provisions.
- Support vendors with Locked Box papers and post-completion reviews.
- Build and sustain client relationships, contributing to business growth.
- Mentor team members and drive practice development initiatives.
What You’ll Bring

- ACA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong academic background.
