What will you be doing?
- Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service.
- Leading delivery of employment tax advice to clients.
- Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions.
- Business Development and marketing activities, both internally and externally.
- Involvement in local marketing initiatives.
- Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines.
- Reviewing work carried out by junior staff.
- Managing complex projects.
- Managing teams of people including coaching and developing junior staff.
