Key responsibilities include:
- Work on a wide range of high-profile, complex infrastructure projects across multiple sectors.
- Help leading organisations optimise their investments for value and efficiency.
- Produce high quality outputs with attention to detail and execution.
- Support engagement managers on financial and delivery aspects of engagements.
- Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.
- Strong track record in project-based delivery, leading teams across sectors such as energy, water, transport, defence, healthcare, government, financial services, or retail.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
- Evidence of high performance and career progression.
- Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome.
- Digital transformation and technology adoption, including AI.
- Capital planning or capital portfolio management.
