As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Manager / HR Process Lead with experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD to join our team.

In this Manager-level role, you will be working closely with clients from both HR and systems backgrounds, translating business requirements into technical implementation. You will also be responsible for addressing HR needs by providing technical solutions based on industry leading practices, you will be expected to:

  • Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a professional network
  • Take a Lead role in implementing multiple ServiceNow HRSD applications (e.g. Lifecycle Events), bringing practical insights to client engagements
  • Lead client engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior client counterparts
  • Play a leading role in client meetings, facilitating workshops and maximising their productivity
  • Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, overseeing design, configuration, and testing to ensure successful deployment
  • Combine knowledge of industry leading practices and ServiceNow capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance across engagements
  • Support business development, proposals, and pre-sales activities within the ServiceNow HRSD practice

Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a strong desire to learn and develop, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD product and proven experience successfully delivering ServiceNow HRSD services.

Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and delivering HR transformation projects, leading multiple workstreams and managing delivery teams.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing client decision-making.

Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues.

Experience producing project deliverables.

Awareness of Agile delivery methodologies and market trends.

Proven ability to lead teams, develop junior members, and contribute to practice growth.

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre sales and business development activities.
  • ServiceNow Certifications (e.g. HR Enterprise, Systems Administrator or Implementation Specialist).
  • Previous experience gained in HR Operations from within major FTSE100 organisations.
  • Knowledge of the functionality of other Cloud Base HR packages e.g., Oracle or Workday.
