Role overviewOur clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across various sectors. We support clients with business and fiscal change, including jurisdiction entry, new business development, reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, transactions, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility, and global fiscal changes like BEPS Pillar 2.

We operate a hybrid working model, collaborating in the office or at client sites at least twice a week, with flexibility for the rest of your time.

The role

Collaborate closely with Partners and Directors on complex projects, providing technical advice and excellent service.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business to identify opportunities for tax and related services.

Manage UK and cross-border advisory teams, liaising with specialists, overseas firms, and external advisors, ensuring quality and success.

Deliver high-quality Indirect Tax advisory services to a diverse client base.

Contribute to business development initiatives and support sales activities.

Manage team operations, including resourcing, coaching, and development of junior staff.

Identify and pursue new client opportunities, participating in business development with Partners and Directors.

Oversee engagement quality, risk management, and client financials.

Model KPMG\’s values and professional standards.

The person

Qualified CTA or ACA / CA or equivalent.

UK VAT advisory experience.

Ambitious, enthusiastic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analytical mindset, curious, commercial, with project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects, with a focus on coaching and developing juniors.

Continuous learner with sound judgment and risk awareness.
