You will join our People Consulting Practice which is an integral part of KPMG Advisory and is a growing part of our business. This team helps to transform organisations by focusing on the people lens of any transformation.

We are seeking a manager, with experience in large scale transformations who will bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex solutions for our clients. We are specifically looking for an individual who has experience in one or more areas of change and transformation management, org design and development, learning solutions, skills and capability analysis, future strategic workforce planning, and an understanding of AI solutions.
Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media.
Lead People Consulting projects and workstreams with a small team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary programme teams and providing direction and knowledge on the people side of the solution/implementation.
Take a lead role in continuing to innovate our People Consulting tools and assets.
Be a coach for consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers.
You will ideally have proven consultancy experience in helping clients to shape and deliver their People, Organisational Design, Talent, Skills and Workforce transformation programmes and solutions:
- Change management experience, particularly supporting large technology transformations
- Previous Consulting experience across a range of Organisational Design, Workforce Transformation, Learning/talent strategy & planning
- Stakeholder management including defining the right solution for clients based on their unique context and needs
- Have ‘core consulting’ experience in developing proposals, managing teams and project risks, influencing upwards both internally and externally, and leading through complexity and ambiguity.
With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
