Base Location: UK wide. Join the fastestâgrowing and most profitable team within Deal Advisory. As a Manager, you will deliver technology due diligence on proprietary, customâdeveloped platforms, supporting both acquirers and vendors across the entire deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Review documents in the VDR and conduct Q & A sessions with CTOs/CEOs.
- Own and contribute to technologyârelated deliverables, highlighting the impact of technology on business plans, valuations and deal theses.
- Answer client questions such as scalability of platforms, investment needed for expansion, and platform consolidation postâmerger.
- Advise on integration, separation and optimisation initiatives, developing target operating models, transitional service agreements, and detailed implementation plans.
- Lead the technology workstream in integrations and separations, working with a larger team and supporting client workstream leads.
- Develop integration and reâarchitecture plans to remove scaling barriers and deâduplicate platform landscapes to realise synergies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Software / Product Due Diligence, integrations, separations or similar roles (e.g., inâhouse software deals team).
- Experience in one or more of the following domains: product strategy, product management processes, software engineering processes, product architecture, deployment & infrastructure models, code security key processes.
- Understanding of the deal lifecycle and the role of product due diligence within it, including its impact on preâdeal valuation and postâdeal considerations.
- Track record of leading projects and engagements.
