People Consulting is an integral part of KPMG's Management Consultancy practice and a growing part of our business. This team helps transform the performance of organisations by changing the way people are led, managed, and developed. We focus on two key areas â delivering the people agenda on largeâscale, complex change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology.

- Support Partners and Directors on approach and manage delivery of client work.
- Support business development and grow revenues from existing work portfolio.
- Use leadingâpractice problemâsolving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects.
- Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer, or analytics.
- Deliver highâquality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation, or Workforce Transformation.
- Experience with core techniques of leadership alignment, case for change, stakeholder identification and management, sequencing for the change programme, communication and engagement, impact assessment, and people transition planning.
- In technology implementation, experience with user adoption, training and awareness.
- Strong candidates will have experience across all capabilities, but a deeper specialism in one area is also acceptable.
- Understanding of the financial services environment and consulting experience in one or more of the subâsectors mentioned above.
- As a Manager, you will lead and manage more junior consultants. Experience in consulting, preferably at a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy, is expected. Inâhouse consulting experience is also valued.
