Why Join KPMG as a Global Immigration

As a member of the client service team, you will supervise and manage engagements and other related activities under the general direction of partners, directors, and/or senior managers, leading staff, consultants and assistant managers in providing outstanding client service.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing team activities to ensure compliance with KPMG risk management policies and procedures and managing engagement administration.
  • Supervising and coaching junior members of staff to help them realise their full potential.
  • Final review of materials and communications for senior members of the practice for KPMG/client representation to immigration authorities and government officials.
  • Monitor client service standards, swiftly addressing delivery failures (such as missed SLAs) and implementing resolution plans to ensure these are prevented.
  • Be responsible for effective management of engagement financials, cash collection and review of significant invoices.

What will you need to do it?

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in Global Immigration.
  • Thorough understanding of immigration concepts and issues and proactive research of current immigration developments.
  • Previous experience working at Manager level within Global Immigration.
  • Experience of managing small teams, coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy and strong IT skills including very good MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
