Join KPMG's Financial Services Advisory practice and drive impactful change for our clients. As a Manager, you will lead and deliver complex Finance Transformation projects, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions that optimise their finance operations.
Successful candidates should have strong Financial Services Industry experience, knowledge of Finance Operating Models and Finance Systems and be willing to travel to the Middle East for client delivery as required.
What will you be doing?
- Lead a workstream of a major FS sector finance transformation project managing deliverables, budget, and dependencies to ensure client satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure that deliverables are of high-quality and pitched at the right level.
- Mentor and support engagement and broader team members, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling work environment.
- Performance manager for 3-5 members of the team 2 grades or more below.
- Support partner/director on senior client stakeholder management.
What will you need to do it?
- Strong understanding of Financial Services industry trends and regulations.
- Experience in Finance process improvement and automation (e.g., financial reporting, transactional processing, financial planning & analysis).
- Familiarity with finance transformation technologies (e.g., ERP systems, data analytics tools, cloud platforms).
- Willingness to travel to the Middle East for client delivery as required.
- Experience working with Middle Eastern clients or markets.
