Job Description
KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions is the go-to place for all Microsoft at KPMG. As a Business Development Manager you will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in the public sector (public transport, utilities, federal and regional departments, health systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technology (particularly Dynamics 365, Office 365 and Azure).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Experience with LLP organisations is an asset.
- Demonstrable track record developing longâterm profitable relationships with midâmarket clients.
- Proactive crossâfunctional communications and information sharing.
